Karen Heimbuch, artist

An ordained minister of the Foursquare Gospel, Karen has spent the last 20 years ministering extensively in North America, as well as internationally. She is a gifted worship leader, songwriter, and composer, as well as a speaker for revivals, retreats, leadership conferences and conventions. 

Karen is best known for her stirring dramatic presentations from the book of Revelation, which she consistently performs to standing ovations. She has memorized the entire book, as well as other portions of Scripture, and her passion for the Word is both engaging and contagious. Karen is a talented  minister of the gospel, and an extremely engaging interview guest who has appeared on TBN's Praise the Lord, and Chuck Morris' Haven Ministries, among many others.

A Note From the Artist

It was the summer of 1992 when I was reading through the book of Revelation that I was reminded of the unique promise found in the third verse: "Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near." 

All of God's Word is anointed (Isaiah 55:10, 11), yet Revelation is the only book in the Bible where there's an outright guarantee of blessing just for reading it, or for having someone else read it to you. I figured I could be that someone: I could memorize Revelation and deliver the Scriptures so that others could hear it and be blessed.

God never said that we had to understand it all---He just said that what we do understand we should obey. Unfortunately, many people are hesitant to read the book. They mistakenly fear that they are not "smart" enough to understand it in its fullness, or they misperceive its content as one of "doom and gloom" instead of praise and worship of the One who is revealed.

It is my desire that all who listen to this book will recognize the ultimate authority of Jesus Christ---the King of kings and Lord of lords---not only in the affairs of this life, but also in the life that is to come; and that even in the midst of darkness and tribulation, hope is always present whenever we turn to God.
